At MAEN Watches, we want you to be completely satisfied with your timepiece. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return your unworn watch in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the watch in its original presentation box, ensuring all protective films, manuals, and warranty cards are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at an authorized courier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the watch is in its original, unworn condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
